Domestic Shipping
StompLight ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Domestic orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via UPS, though StompLight reserves the right to choose carrier at time of shipment and may select an alternative carrier without notice.
International Shipping
StompLight is pleased to ship to most international destinations. However, due to ongoing global shipping disruptions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

- Belarus
- Russia
- Israel
- Afghanistan
- Bhutan
- China
- Haiti
- Hong Kong
- Mauritius
- Niue
- Sudan
- Suriname
- Syria
- Tajikistan
- Turkmenistan
- Yemen

International Orders and Customs
Important information for international customers:
- The customer (payer) is responsible for all VAT, import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.
- These additional charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged at checkout.
- Payments for these fees are typically collected by the delivery carrier or customs officials upon delivery or prior to receiving your package.
- StompLight cannot predict which charges may apply as customs policies vary by country.
- Refusing to pay these fees may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed, and StompLight cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to customs fees.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information for international shipments may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
